Brow Model Submissions
Thank you for your interest in being a model for Xliv Beauty Studio. Please fill out the model intake form below to be entered into our 2023 permanent makeup brow model database. If we are visiting your city, we may reach out to select you as Xliv live model for her training(s). For our Las Vegas, NV trainings, we may have other instructors who need models; in this case, you may also be offered a model service with them.
Model Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have virgin eyebrows (no previous tattoo or microblading)
- Must NOT be pregnant or breastfeeding
- Must have clear skin
- Looking for full brow hairs (not sparse or completely gone)
- Must NOT currently be on Accutane (in the last 6 months)
- No major health concerns (such as: diabetes, glaucoma, skin diseases, prone to
- No botox or fillers near brows or eyes (in the last 2 months)
- Not allergic to: Tattoo Pigments, Lidocaine, Epinephrine or Prilocaine
- Must be comfortable wearing makeup
- Must be able to commit about 4 hrs from start to finish of procedure
- Must agree to have your photos & videos taken for training and marketing purposes (all rights to media reserved by Xliv Beauty.)
- Models must meet all requirements above at the time of service or offer will be revoked.
